It has to be said that the feeling of panic has to be one of the most unpleasant things that a person will ever feel. Sure, some say that it is normal to feel panic and yes, for the most part it may be normal to feel some twinges of panic. However, what isn’t normal is when that panicky feeling completely takes you over and prevents you from doing things that you have always wanted to do- joe barry.
There are plenty of people who feel panic over certain things; some panic when they are put in unfamiliar situations that they do not know how to deal with, and there are those people who panic when they are faced with things that they fear like dogs or perhaps blood and other things like that. People panic over a lot of things and that is why it is important to get a hold of your panic so that you learn to face the things that you fear.
One way that you can control your panic is if you take deep breaths. That’s right, it sounds simple doesn’t it and yet, it really does work. When you feel panic and you feel your throat starts to feel just a little bit tight and you feel light headed, you should try taking slow deep breaths. This will get rid of the light headedness and will in fact help you think more clearly. This is not so hard to do and this is something that you can manage to do on your own so that you can control your panic. Panic need not be debilitating; it need not keep you from doing things that you want to do. If there is one simple way that you can control your panic, then you bet that taking deep breaths will work like a dream.
